Conditions for delivery and payment from 1st September 2006
The minimum order is € 25,00.
For our customers abroad advance payment is required prior to shipment.
Payment:
You may pay with Mastercard, Visacard or PayPal with a surcharge of 2%.You may also pay by bank or postal order. All charges to the debit of customer.
Your order will be shipped once we receive the full amount in € according to the invoice. Non-EC-residents may deduct a VAT of 16%.
Price changes:
The right to price changes due to new exchange rates or new prices from our suppliers is reserved.
Shipping is charged at cost on all orders. The minimum amount for small registred parcel
abroad is € 10,00 at the moment
Terms of delivery:
We want to deliver as fast as possible. As we may not always have every item in stock, it may happen that a delivery may be delayed.Usually we will send you an invoice telling you, what we have in stock for you. At the moment any other items will be kept on backorder. Please tell us if you do not want back-order.
Return:
If not fully satisfied, kindly return all items within 14 days after recieving in originall
packing.
